Im really, really behind.
Author: Reagan
I have so much to catch up on. I still don’t know how to blob on a real computer so please enjoy this phone post with it’s glorious phone pictures. Please note that Jake has offered to teach me how to blob for reals every day and every time I’ve been like “I’d rather watch old 90210 eps, but thanks”. I think I’ll take him up on it soon enough.
Here is a dainty list of things I want to blob about:
~new babies. Asher, Penelope and Clover. My arms smiled at the mention of their names because they thought they were going to get to hold them. Sorry arms.
~family pictures.
~snow shoe-ing in waist deep powder. My butt and thighs burn just typing it.
~marley. We took a few glamour shots of her in cedar city. Only a few though because she thinks the camera is a weapon.
~bowling. And me taking last place.
~kolob. southern Utah is beautiful.
~visitors. Linda, Aubrey, Jamie and Jessica (pictured) came to see piper Jane and jon and kat came to see me and jake. Luckies (us).
~alice and wonderland. Was awesome.
~running club. Jake and Becca started a running club and we have uniforms that make us look fast and scary.
See? Behind. Real behind.
Above is Jessica and Pippy. They got lucky because these pics were on my phone. Jessica is a childhood friend from Tennessee. We have been friends for like 20 years. Woah, that sounds like a lot. She has been living in South America for a year and a half so she hadn’t seen me and the Pip since her 1st birthday. Now that she is in Oak Ridge again im hoping to see her more often. She has family and college friends in town so I felt very privleged to have a whole morning with her. Hooray!
Ok, I have a lot of work to do on the blob. Help, Jake!
Love, reags.
ps yesterday Jessica and I took the pip out of school early because she was falling asleep in the middle of class! Haha. The patch is doing some crazy things to her. At least she seems to be feeling better. But also can’t you tell how tired it makes her? She always looks tired. Poor little thing.
Goofing off
Author: Jake
After our race on Sunday morning, Reagan and I had a very long and relaxing visit with Piper. For some reason, all of the photos that I took, came out looking like Piper was groggy and sad. She probably was groggy. She definitely wasn’t sad though. Just the same, I thought that if she could talk, she probably wouldn’t want me posting those shots of her, not looking like her normal princess self.
After our visit with Piper, we met up with some friends of ours (John and Kat), who are visiting from SC. Reagan knows John from HS. We spend the evening palling around lower Manhattan, since it was so nice out.
Highlights included a jumping contest on the benches at the Battery Park City Promenade.

Kat also had a pretty impressive jump. But the lighting was throwing off the AF, so it came out all blurry. I’m retarded. More photos of this outing are here.
New York Running Club
Author: Jake
Our new running club had it’s first club points race, last weekend. Our friend Zach Tolbert came out and shot the race for us. It was perfect weather and a lot of fun. Becca was totally on the ball, with getting our jerseys made and delivered before the race.
It was a bit chilly, before the race, but the sun was out, and it was perfect temperature, for running. Our team did very well. Additionally, we had a mystery person sign up as an NYRC affiliate, who beat everyone else on the team, by almost a minute. Jessica (whoever you are) if that is your way of trying out, you passed. Hahaha.
I was being dramatic
Author: Reagan
I was being really dramatic last night when I published that post. Sorry to be annoying. Right now i’m blobbing from a wordpress app on my phone(which I clearly know how to use). But I cannot figure out the real life-sized way to blob on my computer. I have all these awesome pictures to post along with stories about Utah, and I spent (wasted) about infinity years last night working on it for no nothing. Anyway, Jake will teach me soon and it will be ok. I was really just pouting last night.
I’m with piper right now and she is killing me (the good kind). So, bye!
i quit
Author: Reagan
my blob had to be moved for some weird reason that i didn’t understand. and i dont know how to blob anymore. i have wordpress now. it’s confusing and it makes me never want to blob again. also, i lost basically every single one of my subscribers.
so, i quit.
I forgot to tell you

We came to Utah for a week. We are in Las Vegas right now fixin’ to go home. Can’t wait to squeeze piper! I also can’t wait to get my hands on everyone’s hair.
See you soon!
What we have been up to in SLC
Author: Jake
It has been pretty crazy in SLC, so far. Reagan and I have been loving every second of it. Here is a little taste of what we have been up to, since we arrived.

While NYC was having a snow day (our firm even closed early), I was having a little bit of a snow day of my own, enjoying all of the fresh pow that had fallen the night before. I took Reagan back country snowshoeing/snowboarding for the first time in her life. She loved it. I was so impressed by her toe touch, while wearing snow shoes.

Moving to WP, please update feed address
Author: Reagan
Hi, this is actually Jake (Reagan’s husband), not Reagan. Apparently Blogger.com is no longer allowing the option to use their client to publish via FTP. Because of this (and because we don’t feel like Blogger’s hosting is that stellar), Reagan is now switching publishing clients. For those clicking through from external links, or coming directly to Reagan’s Blob, there will be no difference.
For those who read Reagan’s Blob through an RSS feed. Please note that the location of the feed may change. To be safe, add “http://reagansblob.com/feed/” as the rss location in your reader app.
Final Feb. FW Post

Last night was a Karen Sabag runway show at the Altman Building in Chelsea. The venue was awesome. The ceiling in their event space is made of paver brick, which I loved. I was able to shoot the backstage, as well as the runway show. No CF card malfunctions Wednesday night. But there was a problem with the lights. Which was a bummer, because in contrast to the iFashion show, Tuesday night, Sabag, was actually properly lit. Luckily, they resolved it, after a few minutes. I was freaking out digging for my flash, for a sec. Anyway, it was a lot of fun. Catch more coverage from the Sabag show on shotbyjake.com.
More Runway Goods
Author: Jake
Last night was the iFashion runway show, featuring 3 emerging designers. I was shooting back stage, as well as the actual show. It was a lot of fun. Although, I was totally punked by one of my CF cards which failed when I as trying to retrieve the images from it. I lost about 300 of the images from the headliner’s portion of the show (and the ones that I was the most excited about). When I realized that the card was corrupted, I almost had a heart attack. All in all, I still came away with some OK, stuff. Stupid technology. Sorry that there are so many photos in this post, and I know that the watermark is annoying. Here they are anyway.
One more show tonight. Fingers crossed for no technological malfunction.
